Haiku

Haiku is a poetry form from Japan, it comes from meanings 'to cut' or 'cutting', to Juxtapose ideas!
I like it's simple elegant style of putting simplest ideas forward, for it becomes poetry!

1. The best-known Japanese haiku is Basho's "old pond":
old pond,
a frog leaps in,
water rings

2. Another from the master, "the cold shower":
the first cold shower,
even the monkey seems to want,
a little coat of straw

My take on Haiku for the modern times, sometimes the violent political circumstances.

3. The ISIS knife:
the monster's sharp Knife,
on the Victim's orange suit
drips it red blood!

4. City:
The glorious City
streets at right angles
wants me to get lost!

5. Eyes:
Those pretty Eyes
like the sharpest Fish
beckons my kiss

Love

Oh Man seeks thy love, forever
to hold tight thy hands,
standing on the quiet bridge over
the beautiful flow of life's river
looking into the orange Sun
dying into the night sky!

Death

Death, The inevitable, most just

you stop the the tyrants to the most pious

Of all things unequal, you are equal

Not so much I fear mine

rather the loss of my most dear

You can't be explained or reasoned

Thousands bow sometimes,

sometimes young, while others hang on till the twig breaks old

Why can't you be understood?

You shall be conquered one day

Not by the explanation of religions

But by science of the promised future

Just that you are there to be conquered

I know, you shall not reveal your secrets

so easily until we all are in a plane

worthy of the responsibility

and all the unbound paradise thereafter

Then we shall resurrect them all whom you took

I shall wait for that time of laughter
